  • Archive Request

Starting from this year, we will begin to use digital archiving system throughout the faculty. Therefore, the use and arrangement of the Lectures pages has great importance. Data to be kept on the university server system will be automatically withdrawn from the Lectures system and transferred to the server by the archivist in the department on course coordinator / assistant’s request at the end or middle of the semester. For this reason, we remind you that the submissions / data you want to archive must be on lectures page and your students should not use custom URLs / cloud / download systems to upload their submission.

Part-time instructors should fill in this form to create a new lectures system user. It may take up to 3 days to create that account.

Please fill in the form below for your poster requests. All the information regarding events will be published and announced on our website and social media accounts 2 (two) weeks before the date of the events at latest. So the requests for a poster should be made at least 3 (three) weeks before the event date via this form.

In our department webpage, under staff segment we have our part-time instructors as a list. Because we cannot directly take it from human resources, we are preparing that page manually. Informations you provided will be published on department web page. Please share this link with every part-time instructors you have in your class.
